We received Jake's ash's this morning and i just wanted to say a big thank you (from the heart). The package was so lovely it made me cry (in a nice way). Thank you, we really appreciate all you've done for us and made this time so much easier.

Hello John and Paula,

I just had to say a big thank you for making a very sad time in my life a little easier.

Ken came and collected Poppy's ashes yesterday and I was deeply moved at how pretty you had made it all look. I have the urn on the windowsill with the butterfly on top and instead of being a morbid, deathly looking object, to me it looks pretty and uplifting.

Hopefully we will not see you again for some time but with five other dogs it will obviously be inevitable.

Would just like to say a very big thank you for the care and compassion shown to us on the sad loss of our beloved dog Casper. The service you provided was second to none and the service pack with the beautiful poem was lovely. Thank you once again, the fact that we could just tell you what we wanted for Casper helped us immensely.

I just wanted to say a very big thankyou, for looking after my baby ABBIE,i know she was well looked after and when i came to pick her up all the extras that you did for me and her were so sweet and thoughtful, nothing can ever bring Abbie back but with everything you did for her will be like Abbie be never forgotten, Thankyou John and Paula you are both very special people who care about what you do.
