 Thank you will NEVER be enough. Words simply are not enough to express my gratitude for what you have done for me and the way you looked after my Lucky. I wanted you, and others facing a loss to know the type of family you really are. I rescued Lucky when she was just a kitten before my children were born. She overcame cancer once when she was just 5 years old. Sadly just 6 weeks ago, after seeing another lump, they said she had mammary Cancer, and it was aggressive. At the age of 15 they said it would not be kind to her, so I faced the hardest decision. I had to let her go. I was told about your Sunnyfields and although I was panicked at what the cost would be as a single parent however it was completely reasonable, so I started the preparation before the awful day. Little did I know then at how compassionate and understanding you were and have been. 11 months ago I lost my dad at the young age of 53, we had to switch the machines off, lost a friendship after 20 years, then lost my job, and now my baby, my best friend. Yet, I have had more empathy shown to me than I have done in the past 11 months. You really have cared about what I have gone through and how much Lucky meant to me. I have just got Lucky back home to me today, she was presented so beautifully to me. You have all been so kind. Just know that they really do care and I would highly recommend this amazing people to look after your loved ones. Thank you so much for everything you do. Xx

 Just wanted to say a big thanks to all at Sunnyfields your service is truly amazing. This is sadly my second time of using your services for my much loved Gypsy. She was a truly amazing girl who was just the sweetest cat who was loved by so many and is a massive loss in this home. I look at her beautiful picture everyday wishing she was still here. She gave me so much so to receive the service I have from all at Sunnyfields assures me I gave her the best I could even at the end of her life so once again thank you so much x

Both my Mum and I just wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for your service and kindness over the loss our beloved cat Thomas. Losing him was one of the hardest things we have had to face, but knowing that you cared has comforted us at this sad time. Having owned several cats in the past (each individually cremated). We have to say your service has simply been outstanding and both of us were overwhelmed by the lovely poems and messages we received. My mum was particularly touched by the handling of Thomas's return home. She said it was done beautifully and with compassion. Please do not stop what you are doing. You offer a wonderful service to bereaved owners and you made everything so much more bearable. Thank you Sue & Lesley. |

 I'd like to say the biggest thank you on behalf of myself and my family for the lovely service you provided. I will be forever grateful with the love and respect you gave our beloved dog, Courage. Although I didn't meet you, my Mum said you were such caring, understanding and compassionate people. In 2001, myself and my little sister came home from school one day to find a special surprise waiting for us on the sofa, our new best friend. My mum had rescued Courage from Roseville kennels in November 2001 as an early Christmas present for us. I was 8 years old at the time, and my sister 6. We grew up with Courage and shared so many memories with him. Courage had been ill since around October 2012, and was progressively getting worse. He wasn't himself anymore. It was so sad to see him the way he was. My mum had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep so he wasn't suffering anymore. He left us on March the 15th. We contacted Sunnyfields and they collected Courage from our local vets. My mum drove up to collect Courage from you yesterday and the casket containing his ashes is absolutely beautiful. Great attention to detail was put into the arrangement of his little black bag, scattered with rose petals and his beautiful poems. You've bought closure and great relief to my family knowing Courage was in such loving hands. I recommend Sunnyfields to every pet owner. Thank you once again. Ruby, Cari & Phoebe xxx

 Thank you is not enough. We would like to thank you for looking after our Woody at his final resting place, you were all so kind and he was treated with love, compassion and respect. We could feel the warmth and understanding that you gave us when we brought Woody to you. The box containing his ashes was beautifully done and the lovely words and poems, and there he was back where we left him in the Chapel of rest. Thank you so much for making our grieving a little more bearable and giving Woody a lovely service, everything that he deserved. Carole and Cliff.
